Il faut monter les escaliers pour accéder au logement. Cet appartement est non-fumeur Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas acceptés dans ce logement. Nous vous remercions pour votre compréhension Pendant le séjour - Éteignez les lumières lorsque vous sortez de l'appartement - Afin de préserver l'environnement, n'utilisez pas plus de serviettes que nécessaire - Ne laissez pas les déchets dans le couloir ou sous les escaliers et ne les jetez pas par la fenêtre. - Les couloirs et les escaliers publics ne peuvent être obstrués ni utilisés à d'autres fins que l'entrée et la sortie des appartements - Tous les équipements de ski et de planche à neige ne sont pas acceptés pas dans le logement - Les locataires doivent maintenir l'appartement dans un état ne créant pas d'incendie ni de risque pour la santé, y compris d'odeur repoussante. - Les locataires sont responsables du comportement de leurs invités. Une violation des règles de la maison par un invité sera traitée comme une violation par ce locataire. - Les locataires sont responsables de leurs objets de valeur. Nous ne serons pas tenus responsables de toute perte, vol, détérioration des effets personnels dans l'appartement, le parking ou les bâtiments communs (local à skis / vélos, etc.) - Les enfants ne sont pas autorisés à jouer dans les couloirs ou les escaliers publics - Les locataires sont tenus de fournir un accès à leur appartement pour que les réparations puissent être effectuées. Les locataires seront avertis le plus tôt possible lorsque les réparations seront planifiées. - Les heures calmes sont de 22h à 7h en semaine et de 23h à 7h le week-end. Pendant ces heures, les locataires ne peuvent pas écouter de la musique forte, faire fonctionner des machines lourdes ou faire des bruits qui pourraient déranger leurs voisins. Avant votre départ : On s'attend à ce que, au moment du départ, l'appartement soit laissé dans le même état que s'il avait été pris à l'arrivée. - la vaisselle lavée, séchée rangée dans le placard/ pour les départs tôt le matin vous pouvez laisser le lave- vaisselle en route - Veuillez prévenir avant de partir si quelque chose était cassé ou ne fonctionnait pas pendant votre séjour. - Les déchets doivent être bien fermés dans des sacs et déposés dans les poubelles. - Les draps (taies d’oreiller, drap, housse de couette) retirés et déposés dans la salle de bain. - Nous vous remercions pour votre séjour, vous pouvez laisser un bon commentaire pour le service ici
